About SW Training

Experience

My name is Sondra Weeks. I have been in the fitness world since I was 14. After an injury I turned to the gym to get my strength back and never stopped going since then. I grew up in competitive swimming so sports and being active have always been a part of my life. Now I work to help people achieve their goals through personal training.
